Competition Entries
Contestants may enter their mods in the IGDA Unreal Engine 3 Worldwide Level Design Contest Mods for this contest are hosted through FilePlanet.com, therefore contestants will need to create a free FilePlanet.com login if they do not have one already. Students may submit levels for the educational category on behalf of their schools, and they may also resubmit entries as individual mod authors.
Levels are immediately available for public download once uploaded to FilePlanet. Epic’s contest judges will consider all mods submitted through the www.makesomethingunreal.com . Entries that require specific preparation must include a read me file with any necessary instructions.
Once you have registered on this site, you will receive a FREE student copy of the UT3 via Steam from IGDA South FL Vice Chairman Oscar Hernandez Oscar@gamerecruiter.com.
Universities and Colleges are Encouraged to Join IGDA and this Contest
Unreal Tournament 3 Black, the standard edition of UT3 plus the massive Titan Pack add-on, is available for $19.99 via Steam.
Epic Games is willing to provide free copies of UT3 via Steam to colleges and universities that do not have copies of the game and are willing to start an IGDA chapter.

Final Judging Round
For each Category, we will help 2 IGDA Finalists get assisted into the Make Something Unreal Contest in order to compete for their Grand Prizes. You have to make sure your mod is registered via Fileplanet.com. The number of finalists per Category is not predetermined. Finalists shall be notified using the information contained in the entry form(http://igda.gamerecruiter.com/signup) and the Finalist Submissions will be featured on this site.

Final Judging for the IGDA Florida Chapter's will be the main event at the Infinite Bits Conventions, Miami's first and South Florida's largest Video Game Convention the weekend of October 23-25. http://www.infinitebitsconvention.com/
